I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I have received with AKC Pet Insurance! Our dog Cody became ill in September of 2021 and we took him to our vet who diagnosed him with a mass on his spleen. They sent us to an Emergency Vet Clinic in Columbia, SC, and also found another major illness. He needed more testing to determine how we would care for him and the bills started adding up. I submitted the invoices to AKC Pet Insurance and was reimbursed extremely fast. It was one less thing we had to worry about. They are very professional and knowledgeable and worked with us on any questions or concerns we had. I have recommended them to all of my friends that are looking for comprehensive pet insurance for their babies. Thank you for everything you do!!!!
Insurance companies are always finding ways to get out of spending money. Don’t use them for your pet or your pet’s health. Worst company ever. I’d give 1 star if I could. Too much to type but I got Insurance took my dog to the vet the next day n submitted the claim got rejected because the policy wasn’t active yet and you have to wait 5 days before submitting anything or else it’s all deemed pre-existing.
