    MARK, LARRY SALINGER (?), BONNIE, AMBER ALL LICENSED AGENTS KEPT TELLING ME TO WAIT ANOTHER 6 WEEKS? REALLY? DO YOU WANT ME TO WAIT 5 MONTHS TO SEND YOU A CHECK TO GET INSURANCE WITH YOU? ARE YOU LYING TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT GETTING A FREE BAG JUST TO GET THEM SUCKED INTO YOUR POLICY QUOTES? I TOLD THEM ALL IF YOU CAN’T EVEN FOLLOW UP WITH A FREE BAG WHY WOULD I TRUST YOU WITH MY PERSONAL INFO AND CREDIT CARD NUMBERS? YOU LOOK REALLY BAD WHEN YOU PROMISE A GIFT THAT DOESN’T GET DELIVERED. I WON’T SWITCH UNTIL I GET THE BAG SO YOU ARE WASTING YOUR PAPER, POSTAGE, AND TIME MAILING ME MULTIPLE FREE DUFFEL BAG FLYERS; SO FAR I HAVE RECEIVED 5. JAMES SAID HE WOULD EXPEDITE AND HAVE IT SENT OVERNIGHT BUT YET HE CAN’T GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER? ALL DELIVERIES COME WITH TRACKING (FYI). SHOULD I GO ONLINE AND START WARNING PEOPLE ABOUT YOUR COMPANY NOT SENDING THE BAGS AND MAKING PEOPLE WAIT ON HOLD?

You don’t mind inconveniencing prospective customers but don’t forget inconvenience causes stress and stress causes people to post online truths about companies that can’t back up or follow up on their marketing advertising!!!!!! very upset that i stayed home waiting for a package that never arrived. Who trains your staff? Each person I spoke with gave a 2 week longer period; ex: 2-3 weeks; 3-6 weeks; 4-6 weeks; 6-8 weeks; 8-10 weeks; now I believe your quotes will go up every week so I am now skeptical to even talk to your agents!!!! You have my personal info yet your staff can’t even tell me what city or state I’m calling them in!! That is NOT good customer service!!!!
