    Have been with this company since 2014. To date, they have been fantastic. Today I had to ring them to confirm some information and was greeted by a lovely lady called Sally from the sunshine coast. She was bright, cheerful, and friendly and offered additional saving on my policies without me having to plead with her. It’s so nice to speak with someone who treats you with kindness and respect. The company employs Australians but also has call centers in New Zealand and South Africa so you always get someone who speaks English clearly which makes communicating with them so much easier. We have had one claim with them and it was a very easy process with no hidden costs. I would highly recommend this company based on the experience I have had over the years.

    Incredibly disappointed.

    I have my CTP with Youi. I’m buying a new car and need comprehensive insurance, I jumped online to get a quote, you fill half of it out before the website stops asking you questions and tells you ‘it’s time to talk, one of our staff will call you shortly to discuss your quote’.

    First up – NO. I despise companies that pull these slimy tactics. I’m on your website and not calling you because I want to use your website, not speak to you. I’m entering insurance info and all of the sudden a sales call is coming through that I didn’t ask for. I literally said to my partner ‘look at this ****, I didn’t consent to this’.

    The woman was pretty good, I was impressed she sounded pretty Australian but was working at 9pm.

    She asked me another 20 questions that every other insurance company I’ve dealt with asks you online and proceeded to give me a quote $800 above the average. They wanted $1800 to insurance a $45k car for a year.

    I wanted to get a quote of home and car insurance bundled, I selected it on the website, did the car part before they abruptly stop and tell you something will call you. I mentioned it to the customer service lady and she asked if I’d like to continue, I told her after $1800 I won’t waste my time.

    What a joke Youi, won’t be touching you with a 10ft pole.

    1. Hi Dan, I’m sorry we have you disappointed. I get it, not everybody wants to speak to a person & that’s OK. In a crowded insurance market, we do prefer to speak over the phone & finish off the quote with you. Different insurers rate risk differently as cover can vary.
